Their feedback means a lot to our team and gives you a genuine insight into what you can expect when you choose us for your hot tub or outdoor living needs.
Wight Spas are knowledgeable and always offer practical advice. Ryan is approachable, reliable, and seemingly unflappable, nothing seems to phase him. The service goes far beyond routine maintenance; they are always looking for ways to improve and optimise our spa setup. A genuinely excellent service and a pleasure to work with.
I used Ryan and his team recently to move a second hand hot tub from Cowes to Wootton. They are polite and did the job with ease. Ryan has since been back to service the tub as it was left for a short period and I wanted to make sure it was good to use. I purchased the bronze clean service and the tub cleaned up very well. Wight Spas have also supplied us with a new hot tub cover and lifter at a cheaper price than I could find online. Will definitely be using them again for future servicing and product needs
Absolutely brilliant! I hired a hot tub for my husband’s 40th birthday. We all had so much fun. The lights just added to the fun. It was very used for the days we hired it. My six year old didn’t want it to go.
The set up and collection was done with ease. The booking was simple. All extremely professional and an amazing price! Thank you once again.
My step dad hired a hot tub from Wight rentals as a surprise for my 30th birthday. Ryan came and set everything up and explained all about the hot tub. We all have such a great time using the hot tub the kids loved it and so did we. It was also a great hit at my surprise 30th birthday party. I Will definitely be recommending to friends and family or hire one again (if we don’t get our own one) 100% great service.
Hired a hot tub for the weekend for my little boys 7th birthday, it was amazing! It was well used and we loved it.. loved it that much we have hired again for next weekend! Ryan was very professional and helpful. We had to contact them as had a little issue but called us within 5 mins and was all sorted! Would recommend to anyone, thank you
Called to hire a hot tub for lockdown. Two hours later it was delivered, installed and filled. Only took a few hours to reach 40 degrees of total heaven. We hired it for 10 days and the whole family used it all the time. So sad to see it go and will definitely hire one again. Five star service and a real treat.
Super friendly and efficient service, lovely hot tub, great experience. Everything provided as needed. Either we will get one or will hire from here again. Thank you!!
Fantastic Service!! Highly Recommend…We are missing our hot tub already
We hired a hot tub for my daughters 8th birthday and couldn’t recommend it enough! Ryan set everything up and explained what we needed to know. We will definitely be hiring again in the summer! Thank you
Perry and Ryan got our inherited very old hot tub which had sat unused for many years clean and working. They persevered and solved the problems. We are thrilled. Great service. Thank you
Would definitely recommend, we will be using again in the future for sure.
